Register as a Patient

Please note that this type of consultation is for requests for an emergency prescription for an item you have already been prescribed elsewhere, but do not currently have access to that prescription. We do not prescribe addictive pain or sleep medicines via this service. If your prescription is covered in a different category in the consultation options, please submit your request from there. You will be asked for evidence that you have been prescribed this item previously (such as a box of medication or image of prescription).

Registered Address

The address should be your main home address where we will be able to confirm your presence, such as where you are on the electoral register.
You will be able to choose an alternative delivery address when purchasing.
