Register as a Patient

Please note that we do not initiate patients on contraceptives so you must have been prescribed a contraceptive in the past. We will only provide a prescription for the same medication that you have used before (assuming that you have not experienced any problems with it). Please make sure that you have the EXACT name of the medication that you are using or that you have used in the recent past as you will need this information to complete the online consultation.

Registered Address

The address should be your main home address where we will be able to confirm your presence, such as where you are on the electoral register.
You will be able to choose an alternative delivery address when purchasing.

Account Details

  • Your email will be used for updates on consultations and occasional offers.
  • Your details will NOT be passed to any third party and all emails are discreet.
  • You can control email preferences from your profile.
You will need this password to get the results of your consultation.
