  • Passing no urine in a day
  • Severe breathlessness
  • Skin mottled or blue or very pale

    Then an online consultation is NOT appropriate for you.

    The address should be your main home address where we will be able to confirm your presence, such as where you are on the electoral register.
    You will be able to choose an alternative delivery address when purchasing.
